Privacy Policy
This policy describes what information Erinys Intelligence Inc. (“Erinys”, “we”) collects on erinys.ai and its subpages (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the Site only. Information handled inside ErinOS, our software for law firms and nonprofits, is governed by the agreement between Erinys and that customer, including any Business Associate Agreement.
Information we collect
- Analytics, with your consent. If you accept the cookie banner, we use PostHog to record page views, clicks, scrolling, and browser errors, along with your approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring page. PostHog sets first-party cookies and local-storage entries to recognise repeat visits. If you decline, no analytics run and no analytics cookie is set.
- Messages you send us. The Site has no forms or accounts. When you email us at founders@erinys.ai, we receive your address and whatever you write.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (AWS Amplify) records standard request logs, including IP address, user agent, and requested URL, for security and availability.
How we use it
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
- To respond to your inquiries.
- To keep the Site secure and available.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and your choices
Analytics are off by default and start only after you click Acceptin the cookie banner. Your choice is stored in your browser. To change it, clear this Site’s data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again. The Site sets no other cookies.
Service providers
- PostHog, Inc. (United States): analytics, only with your consent.
- Amazon Web Services, Inc. (United States): hosting and request logs.
- Google LLC: business email for inquiries you send us.
Retention
Analytics data is kept for up to 12 months. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for our business records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict its processing. Send requests to founders@erinys.ai. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days, or sooner where applicable law requires. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises these rights.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. Access to our systems is limited to Erinys staff who need it and is protected with multi-factor authentication.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes take effect no sooner than 14 days after posting.
